Wallis Dumper, Managing Director of Motorcorp Distributors Limited, the national distributor of Jaguar, Land Rover, Renault and Volvo passenger cars. Wallis has been involved in the motor industry all of his working career. He began selling motorcycles and soon rose through the ranks to General Manager at Moller Yamaha and from there to General Manager and Director of Subaru New Zealand before moving to his current position at Motorcorp. As a young man Wallis had success racing production motorcycles culminating with winning the Manfield 2 hour endurance race in 1983. He has a high profile within the automotive industry having being awarded Driver Magazine 'Industry Person of the Year' 2007 and 'Automotive Personality of the Year' 2006.

 

 

 

Perry has been CEO
of the MIA since its inception. Prior to that he was the CEO of the Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association, holding that position since 1987. With over 20 years experience in the affairs of the new vehicle industry Perry has a wealth of knowledge unmatched in the motor industry trade association arena.
